"Everyone was so helpful.. David (maintenance) got my tv working and gave tips on hikes, another gentleman helped with the grill and all of the front desk staff were very welcoming . And when I come back I will ask for the "quaint" rooms!"

"Ideal location, clean room and towels, great cleaning staff. The only suggestion is that the front desk agent be more informative when a guest arrives. Ex: offer information on the sites, resources, be prepared to answer questions from guests, I asked if there is a kitchenette in the room and he said no, but the room had a kitchenette area. I had come in early to check in, and he didn’t offer the information about early/late checking availability to guests and I found out later while registering online. Other than that the Inn sits at a perfect location and the cleaning staff were very attentive and helpful."

"The room was comfortable and clean. We loved the location (beautiful views) and the breakfast options nearby were topnotch! Breakfast at Firecreek Coffee next door was pleasant, but the real prize was the three pound sticky bun from the Red Rock Cafe nearby. Verde Canyon railway is relatively close and worth your time. Definitely recommend staying here if you are traveling in the area."
